I have more than two decades of experience as a
professional writer and editor. My work has included technical writing,
marketing communications, web content writing, articles, instructional design,
copywriting, public relations, researching, policies and procedures, and
process design and documentation.
I have extensive experience applying
industry standards, such as ISO 9000, CMMI, and Six Sigma. Many of my
assignments have included using the skills normally referred to as business and
systems analysis. In addition, I have managed a number of large documentation
and training projects.
I am particularly adept at making complex
information understandable to the non-technical reader. I can relate the "big
picture" concepts to the underlying technical details. I bring quality, value,
